OPK's first celebrity basket! Style Cafe Mom wanted to bring attention to the serious impact that the new CPSIA law will have on businesses who make just about anything for children under the age of 12. Well, who could pass this up? So to help raise awarness I made this cupcake couture set for Honor Alba Warren....Hope she likes!
